From the moment we reached our destination Jacada Travel took over and ensured that they covered every aspect of our trip from that point on. Nothing was left to chance. The most unexpected but valued service was being met at the plane and chaperoned through customs. The accommodations were spectacular and extremely comfortable. The staff treated us like royalty. This was our first time working with Jacada and our first major trip since the pandemic. Our advisors really listened to what we were looking for in our vacation. We loved all of our hotels and tours. It really was a perfect trip for our family. As much as I love planning a trip, I could not have found the hotels they did and really appreciated the time they took to make all the arrangements perfect.
The way Jacada planned the trip was very impressive. The people who assisted us, particularly Kit and Cathy, were very responsive not only during the planning stage but even while the trip was going on. It felt like we had our own concierge throughout the trip. Other groups we have engaged with in the past would be very attentive up until the booking and payment, and then they would leave us for the duration of the actual trip. That, to us, is the distinct difference of Jacada which we experienced in this trip.

Jacada organized a completely custom made 17-day tour for our family of 4 to Ecuador and Peru, including the Galapagos and Machu Pichu. We had a completely custom experience, with attentive and thoughtful designers who made sure every step of the way there was accommodations for our food as well since we were a group of 5 vegans. We had the best guides too, which are a crucial part of traveling to a new place. Worked with Jacada Travel to create a 2 week trip to Japan for a party of 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Ultimately we chose Six Senses in the Maldives and split our time between a Beach Villa with Pool and the Overwater Sunset Laamu Villa with Pool. Both villas were special in their own way. The staff and service were also top notch. This is our second trip with Jacada after using them for a trip to Bali back in 2018. We will certainly be planning more.

Planning my daughter and my adventure with Berni and Jen was easy and fun. We outlined the key things we wanted to do and they put it all together.
